Ingredients
8 large eggs
1/3 cup light cream
1/2 pound peeled and deveined cooked shrimp
Salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Directions
Beat eggs lightly, add cream, salt, black pepper and shrimp.
Melt butter in 8- inch skillet. Add mixture and cook until eggs are soft-firm, stirring constantly.
