6 hard-cooked eggs peeled and cold
6 anchovy fillet
Ground black pepper to taste
1/2 table spoon fresh chopped parsley
1/3 table spoon fresh and chopped dill
1/4 cup Madeira
Preparation time: 20 min
Mash anchovy fillets and blend with mashed 1 egg and 5 egg yolks. Mix well. Add pepper to taste. Do not add any salt. Add all herbs and Madeira. Mix well. Fill 5 egg-white halves.
