Egg Loaf

1 cup Ricotta cheese
2 table spoon soft sweet butter
1/2 cup finely chopped cooked ham
1/2 cup finely chopped smoked sausage
1/2 cup sauté veggies with mushrooms
1/2 cup heavy cream
5 large eggs, beaten lightly
Salt and ground black pepper to taste.
1/4 cup cream sauce

Preparation time 10 min
Cooking time: 30 min

Drain cheese. Turn into a bowl. Add butter, cream and mix well. Stir in ham, sausage, veggies with mushrooms, eggs, salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well. Pour into a well-buttered 1.5 –quart casserole. Set in a pan of hot water in preheat oven (350°F) and bake 45 min or until mixture has set. Turn out onto a serving dish. Coat with hot cream sauce.
