Gourmet Omelet With Shrimp And Bacon

5 large eggs
2/3 cup milk 2%
1/3 pound smoked bacon sliced
1/2 pound cooked shrimps
1/2 medium size onions chopped
1/2 cup saute mushrooms
Salt and ground pepper to taste
Olive oil

Cooking time: 10 min

Wisk eggs with fork. Add salt, ground black pepper and milk. Wisk well.

Saute onion for 3min in Olive oil in the deep skillet Add bacon and mushrooms. And saute another three min. Pour egg mixture on top and cook 3- 4 min Place shrimps inside of cooked omelet and on top Serve hot.
