5 large eggs
2/3 cup milk 2%
1/2 pound Polish sausage sliced
1/2 medium size onions chopped
1 medium size tomato sliced
1/2 cup sauté mushrooms
Salt and ground pepper to taste
Cooking time: 10 min
Wisk eggs with fork. Add salt, ground black pepper and milk. Wisk well.
Sauté onion for 3min in Olive oil in the deep skillet Add sausage, tomato, mushrooms. And sauté another three min. Pour egg mixture on top and cook 3- 4 min Serve hot.
