Ingredients
2 pounds cherry tomatoes
3 cups water
41/2 pounds sugar
Timing
Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 2.5 hours
Directions
Bring water and sugar to boil. Reduce heat and boil 6 min.
Wash tomatoes. Place them in stainless steel pan cover with hot syrup made out of water and sugar. Let it stand for two hours. Place pan on gas stove on medium heat. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and cook 35 min. Completely cool and pour into clean and dry glass jars. Cover with plastic and top with tight cap.
