3 pounds sour cherry
4 cups water
4.5 pounds sugar
Boiling time 10 min.
Bring water and sugar to boil. Reduce heat and boil 10 min.
Wash cherry and remove bones. Place them in stainless steel pan, cover with hot syrup made out of water and sugar. Let it stand for two hours. Place pan on gas stove on medium heat. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and cook 45 min. Completely cool and pour into clean and dry glass jars. Cover with plastic and top with tight cap.
