1 pound chicken liver
1 cup 2% milk
1 big sweet onion sliced
8 large eggs hard boiled
1/2 table spoon salt
1/4 table spoon black pepper
1/2 table spoon parsley
2 table spoon Mayonnaise (Kraft recommended)
1/8 table spoon Hungarian Paprika

Mix salt and black pepper with milk. Soak washed chicken liver in milk mixture for 10 min and fry in olive oil on all sides until fully cooked (about 10 min). Cool and grind in machine or mash with fork.
Fry sweet onion in olive oil until golden. Cool Cut 6 hard boiled eggs in half and remove yellow pars from center. Mash 2 hard boiled eggs plus removed yellow parts with fork.
In large bowl mix well chicken liver, onion, parsley, eggs and 1.5 table spoon Mayonnaise (reserve 0.5 table spoon for topping). Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Feel halves eggs with liver pate and top with Mayonnaise and Hungarian Paprika.
