3 can salaka (Riga salaka recommended)
3 large onions sliced and saute
8 boiled eggs meshed
1/3 table spoon salt
1/3 table spoon Allspice
1 table spoon parsley
3 table spoon mayonnaise (Kraft recommended)

Cooking time: 15 min
Meshed salaka and boiled eggs with fork in separate glass bolls. Add salt, pepper and parsley to eggs. Mix well and add egg mixture to salaka.
In nonstick pan saute sliced onion for 10 min or until onion turn into deep golden color. Cool. Add onion and mayonnaise to salaka pate. Mix gently.
Serve cold or at room temperature.
