1 pound fresh Campari tomatoes sliced in half
3 medium size fresh pickles peeled and sliced
2 medium size fresh yellow peppers sliced
1 table spoon fresh parsley chopped
1 table spoon old style whole grain Dijon mustard (Maille recommended)
2 table spoon Olive oil
Salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Wash well all veggies. Slice and mix well all ingredients. Serve immediately.
