1 head lettuce
1bunch green onions
4 eggs boiled and meshed
1/2 table spoon fresh dill chopped
1/4 tea spoon ground black pepper
1 table spoon salt
1 table spoon sugar
1/2 half cold water boiled
1/2 table spoon table vinegar
3 table spoon sour cream (Breakstone recommended)
Preparation time 15 min
Wash all vegetables. Chopped lettuce, add chopped green onion.
Dissolve salt and sugar in boiled water. Add vinegar and mix.
Pour vinegar mixture over lettuce and green onion. Add eggs, sour cream and mix everything gently.
