1 head lettuce
1 bunch radices
1bunch green onions
4 eggs boiled and meshed
1/2 table spoon fresh dill chopped
1 table spoon salt
1 table spoon sugar
1/2 half cold water boiled
1/2 table spoon table vinegar
3 table spoon sour cream (Breakstone recommended)
Preparation time 15 min
Wash all vegetables. Chopped lettuce, sliced all radices and add chopped green onion.
Dissolve salt and sugar in water. Add vinegar and mix.
Pour vinegar mixture (vinegar, sugar, boiled water) over lettuce, radices and green onion. Add eggs, sour cream and mix everything gently.
