Saute Mushrooms

16 OZ mushrooms
2 large onions chopped
1/3 table spoon salt
1/4 table spoon black pepper
Olive oil

Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 20min

Peel and wash mushrooms. Place mushrooms and chopped onions into oiled nonstick pan. Saute for 20 min Serve hot or cold.

You can store saute mushrooms in glass containers up to 10 days in refrigerator.
