Saute Onions And Carrots With Pepperina

3 large sweet onions (Vidalia recommended)
8-10 cloves fresh garlic chopped
3 medium size carrots shredded
3 table spoon sweet butter
1/4 table spoon salt
1/3 ground black pepper
1/3 ground Allspice
2 cups cooked peperina

Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 10min

In none sticky pan heat butter and add chopped onion. Cook until lightly golden. Add carrots, chopped garlic, salt, spices and cook another 5-6 min. Mix well with cooked peperina.
Serve as a side dish with meat or fish.
