Ingredients
1 pound red young potato
1 medium size onion
4-6 cloves garlic
Salt, ground black pepper and paprika to taste
1 cup saute mushrooms
1 table spoon fresh parsley
Olive oil
Timing
Cooking time: 20-25 min
Directions
Wash and peel potatoes. Cube and saute potato in olive oil in non stick skillet. Add salt, ground black pepper and paprika. Mix well and saute fo10-15 min turning with spatula. Add mushrooms, onion, garlic and parsley and saute until done. Probe with fork.
