Potatoe Saute With Mushrooms And Baked Beans

1 pound potatoes peeled and cubed
1 medium size onion sliced
1 cup sauté mushrooms
16 oz baked beans seasoned with bacon, brown sugar & onion (Bush’s recommended) – drain
1 table spoon fresh parsley chopped
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Olive oil

Preparation time 10 min
Cooking time: 30 min

Place potatoes into oiled deep pan and sauté for 10-12 min Add salt, black pepper and onion. Continue sauté for 10 min on medium heat. Add drained baked beans and cook 10-15 min. Serve as a side dish with fresh or marinated vegetables
