Mushroom Chickeriana

1 pound chicken patties
3 large carrots shredded
1 large sweet onion sliced
6-8 cloves fresh garlic chopped
1 cup sauté mushrooms
6 oz Classic Ranch dressing (Marzetti recommended)
1/3 table spoon salt
1/ table spoon ground black pepper
1 table spoon fresh dill chopped
1 table spoon fresh parsley chopped
Olive oil

Preparation time: 15 min
Baking time: 50min at 350°F

Sauté carrots in oiled skillet on medium heat for 3 min. Add onion and garlic and continue sauté for 5 min. Remove from heat and cool
Sprinkle salt, black pepper, dill and parley on each side of the patties. Spread classic ranch dressing on top of each patty. Spread sauté mushrooms and carrots with garlic and onion. Then place on top another patty. Spread classic ranch on each patty again and top with sauté mushrooms. Place patty in oiled baking pan. Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven for 50 min. Serve with fresh vegetables.
