Mashed Potatoe

2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes
2/3 table spoon salt
2 table spoons ranch dip (Marzetti recommended)
1 table spoon margarine or sweet butter
1 table spoon fresh parley chopped
Ground black pepper to taste.

Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time 25-30 min

Peel potatoes, wash and cube.
Place potatoes in large pan and cover with cold water. Add salt and bring to boil. Continue to boil on medium heat for 25-30 min until soft inside, when you touch with fork or knife. Remove from heat and drain access of water. Add ranch dip and margarine. Mash well in mixer or with spatula.
Serve hot. Sprinkle with parsley
