Cream Of Tomatoe Soup

1 can 28 OZ peeled crushed tomatoes (Red Gold recommended) or 2 pounds peeled fresh tomatoes
2 medium size onions
6-8 cloves garlic chopped
3 medium carrots shredded
11/2 table spoon All-purpose flour
1 can sweet pees
1 pint heavy cream or whipped cream, or half and half if desire
1 cup saute mushrooms
Olive oil

Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 20 min

Peel, wash and slice sweet onion. Saute onion in Olive oil for 5 min. Add carrots, garlic and flour to onion and saute for 3-4 min on medium heat. Add tomatoes, pees and heavy cream. Bring to boil and cook on medium heat for 10 min. Serve hot.
