Fish Soup

Ingredients
2 pounds pike or white fish
1/2 cup shredded leak white part only
1 cup mushrooms chopped
1/3 cup fresh parsley chopped
2 egg whites
2 cups dry white wine
1 quart water
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 bay leaves
4-6 whole allspice

Timing
Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 40 min

Directions
Thoroughly mix the first 6 ingredients and put into 5 – quart saucepan. Add water. Mix well. Cover and bring to boiling point. Reduce heat and simmer 30 min, add salt, pepper, allspice, bay leaves and simmer 10min.Cool. Strain through very fine sieve. Serve hot
