Chicken Rice Soup

2 pounds chicken skinless thighs
4 quarters water
1 medium size onion chopped
1 leek chopped
3 medium sized carrots peeled and chopped
5 cloves chopped
2 medium size tomatoes peeled and chopped
1 cup cooked white rice
2 table spoon Prodravka (Vegetta recommended)
1 table spoon salt
6 whole all-spices
8-10 whole black pepper
2 bay leaves
1 table spoon fresh parsley chopped

Place washed chicken, water and salt in 5-quarter saucepan. Bring to boiling point and simmer 45 min. Add carrots, onion, leeks, garlic tomatoes, all spices, parsley and cooked rice. Simmer 20 min.

Lift chicken from the pot and cut meat into pieces and put back in the pot.

Serve hot with sour cream.
