Shrimp Biscue Soup

11/2 cup cooked shrimps
2 cups half and half cream
2 cups dry white wine (Tsinandali –Georgian wine recommended)
1 tea spoon French mustard (Maille recommended)
2 table spoon butter
2 table spoon all-purpose flour
1/2 medium size onions chopped
4 whole all-spices
6 whole black peppers
1 bay leave
1 table spoon fresh parsley chopped
Salt to taste
Sour cream – optional

Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 30min

In oiled none stick pan saute onion until is golden. Add flour and cook 2 min stirring constantly. Add wine, blend well. Add heavy cream, salt, spices, French mustard, parsley and shrimps. Cook slowly 20 min, over low heat stirring frequently. Serve hot with sour cream.
