1/2 package thin spaghetti cooked
1 can fresh cut whole kernel corn
1 medium size sweet onion chopped
5-8 cloves garlic chopped
2 medium size tomatoes peeled
Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 15 min
In the deep skillet saute onion and garlic in olive oil for 5 min. Add peeled tomatoes and corn. Saute for 3 min. Add spaghetti and mix them well with corn, tomatoes, onion and garlic. Saute mixture about 5-6 min. Serve hot.
