1/2 package thin spaghetti cooked (Barilla recommended)
1 pound cooked shrimps
1/4 pound smocked bacon sliced
1 medium sweet onion
4 cloves garlic chopped
1 table spoon fresh parsley chopped
1/2 table spoon dill chopped
2 large eggs
Preparation time: 5 min
Cooking time: 15 min
In oiled skillet saute onion and garlic for 5 min add bacon and saute additional 3 min. Add spaghetti and shrimps. Mix well right in the skillet.
Wisk eggs with parsley and dill. Pour egg mixture on top of spaghetti. Cook for 5-7 min constantly steering. Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
