1 box Rotini cooked as directed
1 pound cooked Polish home made sausage sliced
1 medium size onion sliced
1 cup sauté duck skin
Fresh parsley chopped
Cooking time: 15-20 min
Place sliced onion into oiled pan and sauté on medium heat for 5 min. Add sliced Polish sausage and sauté duck skin. Mix well and continue sauté 4-5 min. Remove from heat. Drain access of oil and mix with cooked hot rotini. Mix well all ingredients and serve garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
