Ingredients: 4 eggs, 2 sticks margarine (Fleishmann’s margarine recommended), 16 OZ sour cream (Breakstone’s recommended), 7.5 cup all purpose flour (Gold Medal recommended), 2 tea spoon Baking powder, 1 tea spoon cinnamon, 2/3 sugar, 1/3 tea spoon Vanillin, 1/2 package golden raisins, 12 OZ walnuts, 18OZ Sunflower Oil , , Cream cheese mixture:, 2 packages cream cheese, 11/2 cup sugar with 1/4 tea spoon vanillin, 1/3 cup coffee liqueur, 8 OZ chocolate chips , Beat cream cheese at room temperature until soft and fluffy. Add sugar with vanillin, beat well and add coffee liqueur. Mix well. Add chocolate chips and mix again.
