Chocolate Marble Cake

250 gram margarine
11/3 cup sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup 2% milk
1/4 table spoon vanillin
3 cup all purpose flour
1.5 tea spoon baking powder
2 table spoon chocolate cocoa (Belgium cocoa recommended)

11/2cup powder sugar
? juice large lemon

Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 45 min

Beat margarine and sugar with vanillin in the mixer until pale and creamy. Beat in eggs. Add milk and mix well. Sift flour and baking powder. Gently fold into creamy mixture. Divide mixture into two equal portions. Place one portion into grease 7inch fluted savarin pan. Sift cocoa powder and fold into remaining portion. Spread chocolate mixture over first one and lightly blend them in pan by swirling with a knife. Bake 45 min at 400°F or until skewers inserted in center of cake come out clean. Remove cake from pan and cool.

For toping mix powder sugar and fresh lemon juice. Pour topping on top of completely cool cake.
