1 QT Buttermilk
3.5 cups All Purpose Flour (Gold Medal Flour recommended)
1 tea spoon Baking Powder
1/3 tea spoon Vanillin
Preparation Time: 5 min
Cooking Time: 35-45 min
Whisk eggs with fork. Add sugar and vanillin, beat well. Add buttermilk and whisk again. Add dry ingredients, mix well. Pour mixture with table spoon on preheated oiled skillet. Usually 6-7 pancakes fits at once on the skillet. Saute pancakes about 45-60 sec on each side until slightly golden.
Serve with sour cream and sugar, or sour cream and honey, or sour cream and your favorite gem, or just maple syrup or caramel sauce
