Ingredients
1/2 tea spoon Ground nutmeg
1 tea spoon Baking powder
1/2 tea spoon Cloves
1/2tea spoon Ground Cinnamon
3 cups all purpose flour (Gold Medal recommended)
1 cup sugar
1/3 tea spoon Vanillin
3 eggs
1/3 cup oil
16 OZ honey
1 cup golden raisins
1/3cup COINTREAU liquor
3tea spoon coffee
1 cup water
Timing
Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 1hour in preheat oven 350°F
Directions
Mix nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, flour, baking powder
Whisk in mixer: 1cup sugar, vanillin, 3 eggs, 1/3 cup of oil, 16 oz of honey.
Dissolve instant coffee in water and then add to egg/honey mixture.
Mix well all dry ingredients with coffee/egg/ honey mixture in the mixer. Add soaked raisins in COINTREAU liquor. Pour mixture into form (9x12x4) covered by waxed paper. Bake for one hour in preheat oven.
