4 egg yokes
1 stick Margarine (Fleishman’s Margarine recommended)
3/4 cup sugar
1/5 tea spoon vanillin
13/4 cup all purpose flour (Gold Medal recommended)
1 tea spoon Baking powder
1/2 cup halves walnuts

Preparation time: 15 min
Backing time 15-20 min in preheat oven 350°F

Beat egg yokes with sugar and vanillin. Add margarine, mix well. Add flower and Baking powder. Split dough into four parts. Roll each part in long rolls. Cut 1inch slices. Make bolls out of each slice and then push down, make it flat. Place half of walnut in the center of each cookie. Place cookie on oiled non sticky baking sheet. Remove light golden cookie from the oven.
