Puff Pastry With Apricots

Ingredients
20 sheets Athens Fillo (Phyllo) dough
6 table spoon sweet butter melted
2 cups fresh apricots sliced
1/2 cup walnuts chopped
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 tea spoon cinnamon
2/3 cup plain bread crumbs

Timing
Preparation time 10 min
Baking time: 30-35 min at 375°F

Directions
Filling:
Mix well apricots, chopped walnuts, honey, sugar, cinnamon and bread crumbs

Topping:
1/3 cup sugar 1/4 tea spoon cinnamon mixed well

Crust:
Place 5 sheets of fillo dough on work surface, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Repeat 4 times. Divide into two rolls 10 sheets each. Divide filling into two parts. Place1/2 filling on one roll and another half on another, leaving 1inch from end and1/2 from each side free of any filing. Roll from the edge containing filling. Brush outside with butter and sprinkle cinnamon- sugar on top. Bake 30-35 min at 375°F or until golden. Serve hot or cold
