Puff Pastry

1 stick margarine (Fleishman original recommended)
1 cup water
1 cup all purpose flour
5 large eggs

Ingredients for cream:
3 large eggs
2 cups sugar
6 table spoon all purpose flour
3 cups 2% milk
2/3 tea spoon vanillin
8 OZ (250 gram) sweet whipped butter ( Korovka/ vologda recommended)

Preparation Time: 15 min for pastry and 5 min for cream
Cooking Time: 27 min for pastry and 20 min for cream

Puff pastry:

Boil 1 cup water with 1 stick margarine. Add 1 cup flour/ Mix well and continue to mix on small heat for 8-10 min. In slightly cool mixture add one by one 5 eggs. Mix well in mixer for 3 min.
With tea spoon place dough on foil 1.5 inch apart.
Bake 12-15 min on 450°F then reduce heat to 325-350°.F and bake for another 19-12 min. Cool and make openings with knife in each puff pastry.

Boil milk
In blender mix eggs, sugar, vanillin and flour Add mixture to boil milk and constantly mix on small heat until thickened. Cool and add butter, beat well.
Fill pastry with cream.
Optional: Pour chocolate on top or sprinkle with powder sugar.
