1 package frozen yeast free dough (Anzo recommended)
3-4 table spoon olive oil
6-8 table spoon sugar
? table spoon cinnamon
1 egg bitten
4 medium Granny Smith skinless apples sliced
8 oz walnuts chopped
6 table spoons honey
11/2 table spoon plain breadcrumbs (Progresso recommended)
Preparation time 15 min
Baking time 20-25 min
Defrost dough. Divide into four parts. Roll out each part very thin. Sprinkle with olive oil and sugar-cinnamon mixture.
Mix well apples, honey, nuts and breadcrumbs. Place this mixture on the widest side off roll out dough. Roll each roulette like burrito. With brush apply bitten egg on each roulette. Sprinkle with sugar-cinnamon mixture. Place roulettes on none sticky oiled pan. Bake 20-25 min at 350°F or until lightly golden color.
