Ingredients
18 oz Belgium semi-sweet chocolate (Calibaut recommended)
? sweet butter
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup sifted All purpose flour (Gold Medal recommended)
1 tea spoon Baking Powder
? tea spoon Vanillin
1 cup walnuts

Preparation Time: 20min
Cooking Time: 20 min
Directions
On the top of double boiler melt chocolate and butter. In mixing bowl beat eggs, sugar, and vanillin. Add sifted flower and baking soda. Blend cooled chocolate mixture with Egg/flower mixture. Add walnuts. Bake 20 min at 350°F. Test with pick- better under bake rather than over bake.
