Puff Pastry with Apples, Nuts and Apricots

1/2 package frozen dough (ANZO recommended)
Flour and olive oil
4 table spoons sugar
1/2 tea spoon cinnamon

1 large sour apple peeled and sliced
1/2 cup walnuts chopped
2/3 dry apricots sliced
2 table spoons honey

Preparation time: 10 min
Baking time: 25-30 min at 375°F

Sprinkle flour on working surface and roll out unfrozen dough. Prepare dough in size 12x 18 inches.
For filling: Mix well all ingredients. Place filling in the center of the dough. Lift edges of the dough and make an envelope. Brush oil on top and sprinkle with sugar-cinnamon mixture. Bake for 25 – 30 min at 375°F
