Rolls with nuts and honey


16 oz sour cream
250 grams margarine at room temperature (Fleishman recommended)
5.5 cups flour All-purpose sifted
2 tea spoons baking powder

1 beaten egg for glazing

1/3 cup sugar
1/3 tea spoon cinnamon


16 oz ground walnuts or almonds
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup sugar

Preparation time: 15 min
Baking time: 30 min at 350°F

In large bowl beat well margarine and sour cream. Add flour and baking powder. Make dough. Divide in 4 equal parts. Roll out dough into round shape 1/4 inch thick and make triangles out of it. Place filling on wide edge of triangle, roll and place on the oiled baking sheet. Glaze with egg and sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon mixture. Bake in preheated oven for 30 min at 350°F. Cool and serve.
