Eggnog Pancakes

11/2 cup Eggnog
2 cups buttermilk
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups All Purpose Flour (Gold Medal Flour recommended)
1 tea spoon Baking Powder
Olive Oil

Preparation Time: 5 min
Cooking Time: 30 min

Whisk egg with fork. Add sugar and beat well. Add buttermilk and whisk again. Add dry ingredients, mix well. Pour mixture with table spoon on preheated oiled skillet. Usually 6-7 pancakes fits at once on the skillet. Sauté pancakes about 45-60 sec on each side until slightly golden.

Serve with sour cream and shredded chocolate or sour cream and honey.
