2 pints of raspberry
1/2 cup powder sugar
1/3 cup Cointreau liqueur
3 oz raspberry liqueur
1 oz vodka
Meringue cookies crushed
1. Wash raspberry. With fork mesh raspberries. Add powder sugar and Cointreau liqueur, blend well until all the ingredients well incorporated and forms into smooth shake.
Spread thin layer sugar on the plate. Run lemon slice on the rims of margaritas glasses .Press rims into sugar.
2. Mix vodka, liqueur and ice in the cocktail shaker.
Mix two mixtures:
Place ice on bottom of the glasses and pour mixture on top. Serve with crushed meringue cookies on top.
