Ingredients
4 pounds boneless catfish sliced 2-3inch wide
2 medium size onions chopped
8 cloves garlic chopped
1/2 table spoon dill
1 table spoon parsley
2 medium size carrots chopped
5 whole Allspice
8 whole black pepper
3 bay leaves
1.5 table spoon salt
2 table spoon sugar
1/3 red vine (Kindzmarauli recommended)
1.5 cup tomato sauce (Newman’s own tomato & roasted garlic recommended)
1/2 cup barbecue sauce (Sweet baby Ray’s recommended)
Olive oil

Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time 35 min
Directions
Wash fish. Place fish in oiled nonstick pan, add salt and pepper, bay leaves, onion, carrots and cook for 20 min. Add vine, sugar, dill, parsley, garlic, tomato and barbecue sauces. Cook 15 min
Serve hot or cold.
