2 whole trout
1/3 table spoon salt
1/4 table spoon ground black pepper
1/4 table spoon parsley
3 table spoon flour
8 OZ sliced almonds
Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Wash fish inside and outside. Sprinkle with salt and pepper inside and out. Cover with flour and saute on small heat for 5 min on each side.
Place almonds in nonstick pan and saute for 7 min in olive oil or until almond became slightly golden.
Serve trout hot topped with golden almonds.
