2 pounds shrimps
1 medium size onion chopped
6 cloves garlic chopped
2 bay leaves
5 whole Allspice
6 whole black pepper
1 table spoon parsley
1 cup your favorite Champagne (Cinzano sparkling vine recommended)

Directions
Wash shrimps and remove tales. Place shrimps in oiled nonstick pan, Add spices and champagne and saute for 8-10 min.
