Shrimps In Champagne With Mango And Couscous

2 pounds jumbo shrimps
2 fresh mangos sliced
1 cup Champagne
1/4 cup spinach salad dressing (Marie’s recommended)
1/2 table spoon salt
4-6 whole Allspices
2 bay leaves
6-8 cloves fresh garlic chopped
1/2 medium size sweet onion chopped
2 table spoon fresh parsley chopped
Olive Oil
1 package wild mushroom & herbs Couscous (Near East recommended)

Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 10 min

Prepared couscous as directed on the package. Keep hot.

Place shrimps into oiled none stick deep pan. Add onion, garlic, salt, spices, Champagne, spinach salad dressing and fresh mangos. Mix well. Sauté on medium heat for 8-10 min. Serve hot on top of couscous.
