Ingredients
4 pounds cat fish nuggets
1 table spoon salt
2 bay leaves
6-8 whole black pepper
4-6 whole all-spices
1 table spoon fresh parsley ground
1/3 table spoon Hungarian paprika
1 can mandarins
1 can sweet peas
1 cup sauté mushrooms
1 cup Champaign
3 medium size carrots peeled and chopped
6-8 cloves fresh garlic chopped
1 medium size onion peeled and chopped
2 scallions chopped
3-4 table spoons fat free ranch dip
1 tea spoon whole grain Dijon mustard (Maille recommended)
Olive oil
Timing
Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 30 35 min
Directions
Wash fish nuggets. Place fish in oiled nonstick pan, add salt and pepper, bay leaves, onion, carrots and cook for 20 min. Add Champaign, parsley, garlic, mandarins, sweet pees, sauté mushrooms, mustard, ranch dip, scallions and Hungarian paprika. Cook 15 min
