2 pounds fresh swai fish fillets
½ table spoon salt
1/3 table spoon ground black pepper
1/3 table spoon Hungarian paprika
½ table spoon fresh chopped dill
½ table spoon fresh chopped parsley
4-6 cloves chopped fresh garlic
½ medium size sweet onion sliced
½ cup mushrooms
½ cup CinZano bianco wine
1 table spoon Kraft Mayonnaise
Preparation Time: 10 min
Baking time: 25min at 350ºF
Wash and slice fillets in half. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, dill and parsley. Place fillet in oiled pan add wine. Spread mayonnaise evenly. Sprinkle with Hungarian paprika. Add garlic, onion and mushrooms on top. Cover with foil and place in preheated oven for 25-30 min.
Serve with sauté potatoes and mushrooms.
