Sauté Tilapia

2 pounds tilapia
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 table spoon fresh chopped parsley
1 table spoon fresh chopped dill
Hungarian paprika to taste
1/2 cup All Purpose flour (Gold Medal recommended)
Olive Oil

Preparation Time: 15 min
Cooking Time: 20 min

Wash tilapia and slice each fillet in half. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, dill, parsley and paprika.
Deep each fillet in flour.
Sauté fillets for 2-3 min on each side. Serve hot with fresh veggies.
