3 pounds Tilapia
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup dill
1.5 cup All Purpose flour (Gold Medal recommended)
Preparation Time: 15 min
Cooking Time: 40 min
Washed Tilapia sprinkle with salt, black pepper, dill and parsley.
Wisk eggs with fork. Deep each fillet in the egg mixture and then in flour.
Sauté fillets for 2-3 min on each side. Serve with sauté veggies/vegetable ragu (get recipe in Salads, Pate and Vegetables section) or fresh sliced tomatoes.
