Bell Pepper And Mozzarella Sandwich

6 slices fresh rye bread
1 yellow bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
1 table spoon spinach dressing (Marie’s recommended)
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
1/2 table spoon mayonnaise
1/4 pound fresh Mozzarella cheese
1 tea spoon fresh parsley chopped

Preparation time: 10 min
Baking time: 10 min

Wash and remove seeds from bell pepper. Slice. Add salt, black pepper and spinach dressing. Mix well. Spread mayonnaise thin on each slice of bread. Top with bell peppers and slice of fresh Mozzarella. Sprinkle with fresh parsley. Bake in preheated oven 10 min at 350°F
