Mushrooms And Mozzarella Sandwich

Ingredients
6 slices fresh rye bread
1/2 cup sauté mushrooms
1 table spoon mayonnaise
1/4 pound fresh Mozzarella cheese

SAUTE MUSHROOMS:
16 OZ mushrooms
2 large onions chopped
1/3 table spoon salt
1/4 table spoon black pepper
Olive oil

Timing
Preparation time: 5 min
Baking time: 10 min

SAUTE MUSHROOMS:
Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 20min

Directions
Spread mayonnaise thin on each slice of bread. Place saute mushrooms on each piece and top with slice of fresh Mozzarella. Sprinkle with fresh parsley. Bake in preheated oven 10 min at 350°F

SAUTE MUSHROOMS:
Peel and wash mushrooms. Place mushrooms and chopped onions into oiled nonstick pan. Saute for 20 min Serve hot or cold.

You can store saute mushrooms in glass containers up to 10 days in refrigerator
