Baked Pork Loin Glazed In Duck Sauce

3-4 pounds pork loin
1 table spoon salt
1/3 table spoon ground black pepper
1/4 table spoon ground All-spice
1 table spoon fresh parsley chopped
2-3 bay leaves
1/4 table spoon Hungarian paprika
10 cloves fresh garlic chopped
1/2 fresh sweet onions cubed
1 cup beer
1/3 olive oil

Preparation time: 15 min
Baking time: 120 min
Temperature: 350°F

Wash meat. Place meat in baking dish. Rub salt, black pepper and All-spice all over the meat. Add the rest of spices, garlic, onion, beer, olive oil. Turn meat few times in this mixture.
For sauce: mix well all ingredients and spread over meat. Cover with foil and place in refrigerator overnight.
Bake in preheat oven for 2 hours covered at 350°F. Serve hot or cold.
