Lamb Stew With Okra

4 pounds lamb chops
2 medium size onions chopped
3 medium size carrots chopped
2 medium size tomatoes peeled and chopped
8 cloves garlic chopped
1package pearl onion
1pound okra chopped
1 leak chopped
1/3 cup red wine (Kindzmarauli recommended)
1.5 table spoon Prodravka (Vegeta recommended)
? table spoon sugar
2 bay leaves
6 whole Allspice
6-8 whole black pepper
2 table spoon parsley
2 cups water
1/3 cup olive oil

Preparation time 25 min
Cooking time: 1houer 40 min

Wash meat and place in non-stick oiled pan. Saute meat on all sides for 10 min. In another nonstick pan in olive oil saute onion and carrots.

Add meat to onion and carrots, pour water on top to cover meat. Cook for 35 min and add all spices, vine. Cook for another 35 min. Add salt, sugar, pearl onion, okra , parsley, leak, tomatoes, garlic. Cook 20 min.

Serve hot with rice or mash potatoes.
